Skills Development Camp

Dates: Aug. 6-10, 2012

Cost: $250.00 for the Week! **Register Before June 30, 2012 and receive a $25.00 discount. ***Also, multiple family memeber discount of $25.00 for the 2nd family member.

Intended for Travel Mite, Squirt & Pee Wee Players or Any Aged In-House or Beginner Players. Group I – 10 and under, Group II – 11 and older.

Camp Highlights

3.5 hours of ice-time daily.
Development of skating speed, power, and quickness
Stick Skills development, puck handling and control, passing, and shooting.
Hockey specific off-ice dry land training.
Individual and team concepts: Situational plays, such as: One-on-Ones, odd man rushes, face-offs, defensive strategies, power play, and penalty kill tactics.
Controlled scrimmages, to allow for player development and retention of learned skills and tactics.
Lectures and video on skills, tactics, and systems.
Camp Jersey for each player. **Proper jersey size can only be guaranteed if registered by July 15th.

Drop Off (Breakfast available at no charge): 8-8:45AM
Power Skating-Overspeed / Off-Ice: 9-10:15AM
Off-Ice Training: 10:30-11:30AM
LUNCH: 11:30-12:30PM
On-Ice Skills Training: 12:45-1:45PM
Video/Lecture: 2:00-3:00PM
On-Ice Skills Training: 2-3PM
Scrimmage: 3:15-4:30PM
PICK UP: 4:30-5:30PM

* Students may bring lunch, or purchase lunch at snack bar.
* Campers may purchase a Debit Card to pay for food on before or on the 1st day of camp.
